OK World ..... my first blog .... and I'm not really sure what it even is!  Stay tuned as I attempt to provide some insight into the Real Estate scene in Park City, Utah and rural Summit and Wasatch Counties.   

It's a very "tired saying" but soooo true.  You come for the skiing then stay for the life style.  Excellent schools, unlimited recreational opportunities, incredible "Trophy Properties" at our three (3) world class ski resorts (yes, Deer Valley was just selected #1 resort in North America ... for the 4th straight year), Park City Mountain Resort and  the largest ski and snowboard resort in state .... The Canyons (4,000 acres), fishing, hiking, boating, hunting ..........  If you can't get excited and have fun around here ...... you need to go visit the man with the heart paddles.
