As I study the market and preview homes and condominiums for sale in the Park City area I select properties that I feel are great values in todays market.  

Some selections are single family homes which offer exceptional value in terms of dollar per square foot.

Condominiums are selected for a variety of reasons:   Affordability, privacy, rental projections and of course location.

Wednesdays are Realtor Open House tour events ... I will update this list each Wednesday when previewed properties have exceptional floor plans, ski-in ski-out opportunities, superior upgrades and/or great nightly rental projections.
